Wilderness in Focus
High-dynamic-range fine art landscape photography from expeditions through Iceland, New Zealand, and Patagonia. Documenting remote terrain, alpine light, and primeval earth.
Expedition Series
Multi-year wilderness surveys documenting Earth's most raw, sculpted environments. Captured during volatile seasonal transitions across Iceland, New Zealand, and Patagonia.

Volcanic Terrains & Basalt Chasms
Sculpted by geothermal rifts and sub-polar tempests. Nocturnal exposures capture active volcanic fissures, obsidian fields, and the cold glow of glacial meltwaters.

Dramatic Fjords & Primeval Mist
Deep sea valleys etched through sheer granite walls in Fiordland and Southern Alps ridgelines, enveloped in twilight humidity and ethereal atmospheric depth.

Glacial Peaks & Windswept Spires
Torres del Paine and Fitz Roy under extreme weather fronts. Monumental granite pillars mirrored in turquoise ice lakes amidst unforgiving Patagonian gale forces.

About The Artist
Behind the Lens
My work is anchored in patience and geological time. Rather than chasing transient tourist views, I seek the quiet friction between tectonic silence and violent weather. Each composition isolates structural mass and tonal gradients, treating the Earth’s natural formations as living, breathing sculptures.
Over the past decade, my expeditions have centered on three extreme wildernesses: the sub-Arctic volcanic plateaus of Iceland, the ancient fjord corridors of New Zealand, and the tempestuous granite massifs of Patagonia. Traversing these regions on foot demands days of solitary acclimatization to anticipate how fleeting dawn breaks across ancient glacial runoff.
Working exclusively with weather-sealed medium-format cameras and calibrated prime optics, I capture extreme optical acuity and dynamic range in single frames. Every physical print is personally proofed on 100% cotton rag archival paper, ensuring that the heavy dark tones and golden highlights translate faithfully into permanent collector pieces.
